These Terms of Service govern your use of OptiML, a desktop AI assistant designed to help users work across applications, services, and information they choose to connect.

OptiML may help users organize information, prepare content, review communications, retrieve context, create reminders, prepare workflows, and perform other supported tasks.

You are responsible for reviewing OptiML’s outputs and confirming that any action is appropriate before relying on or approving it.

Some OptiML features require you to authorize access to third-party services such as Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the accounts you connect and for ensuring that you have the right to authorize OptiML to access information in those accounts.

You may revoke third-party access at any time through the applicable service provider.

OptiML may prepare email replies and, where enabled, create drafts in connected services.

OptiML does not automatically send Gmail messages. Gmail draft creation requires the applicable user review and confirmation within OptiML.

Users remain responsible for reviewing communications and other externally visible actions before completing or sending them.

OptiML uses automated and artificial intelligence systems. Outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You should independently review information when accuracy is important and should not rely on OptiML as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

Use of OptiML is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be accessed, used, stored, and protected.

You may not use OptiML to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the service.

OptiML is under active development. Features may change, be added, removed, or become temporarily unavailable.

We do not guarantee that OptiML will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OptiML and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Users are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken through their accounts.

Access to OptiML may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if continued use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using OptiML and disconnect authorized third-party accounts at any time.

We may update these Terms as OptiML develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown above.
