OptiML is a desktop AI assistant designed to help users work across the applications and services they already use. This Privacy Policy explains how OptiML accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the service.

When you request free early access, we collect your name, email address, optional description of how you work, submission timestamp, and signup source. We use this information to maintain the private waitlist, assess invitation eligibility, and contact applicants about access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or immediate product availability.

Waitlist requests are processed by our website hosting provider and stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible to authorized OptiML operators. We do not enroll applicants in unrelated marketing communications or sell their waitlist information.

We retain waitlist information while it is reasonably needed to administer early access, subject to applicable legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us using the privacy contact information below.

When you choose to connect a Google account, OptiML may access information from services such as Gmail and Google Calendar based on the permissions you authorize. This may include email messages and conversation metadata, calendar events, and related account information necessary to provide requested features.

OptiML only accesses connected services after you authorize access.

Google user data is used to provide features requested by the user, including organizing and reviewing information, identifying items that may need attention, providing contextual answers, preparing meeting information, and preparing email replies.

Where Gmail draft creation is enabled, OptiML may create a draft in Gmail only after the user reviews the proposed reply and explicitly confirms creation of the draft. OptiML does not automatically send Gmail messages.

OptiML is designed around client-scoped data and may store information locally or within systems associated with the user's OptiML deployment in order to provide features such as reminders, context retrieval, relationship information, and workflow continuity.

OptiML does not sell Google user data.

OptiML does not sell or rent personal information. Information is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to operate OptiML or provide functionality requested by the user, subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.

OptiML's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users can revoke OptiML's access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents OptiML from making further authorized requests using that connection.

Users may also request deletion of information maintained by OptiML where applicable.

OptiML uses technical and product-level safeguards intended to limit access and actions to those required for supported functionality. Sensitive actions are designed to use explicit user confirmation where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as OptiML develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown above.
